Ok..So I’ve already posted a video of this Wedding but it was such a gorgeous wedding with so many stylish touches by Jen and Andrew that I just had to post some pictures. Especially when the photographer was Ireland’s top Wedding Photographer, the very talented Peter Rowen www.peterrowenweddings.com. Jen & Andrew’s wedding was at the gorgeous Castle Durrow and everything about the wedding was effortlessly cool & stylish.
Draw your inspiration from the quiet, graceful beauty of the ballet and turn your bridal debut into a spotlight performance. Choose an embellished tulle gown that’s as airy and delicate as an arabesque and add baubles, fabulous shoes to complete the look. Compliment your bridal fashion with a strong contoured brow, pale pink lips and a sculted ballerina bun for the perfect Ballet-Inspired bridal look. I love these Images from the latest edition of Martha Stewart Weddings www.marthastewart.com
This Inspiration shoot is full of such beautiful pictures I had to share it with you. If you are planning a summer wedding this shoot is bursting with beautiful ideas for table settings, flowers and atmosphere and is sure to inspire your wedding ideas ,a party or life in general. Created by http://www.styleperfectevents.com it is enough to make me want to get married all over again.
Lush lashes, dewy skin, rosy cheeks and glossy lips are the key features of the picture perfect wedding look. Keep your skin fresh and simple but enhance with beautiful colours on the eyes, cheeks and lips. I particularly love these looks – perfect for Spring and Summer weddings.
I love wedding details but most of all I love the planning process of a wedding and when inspiration becomes reality. Inspiration boards are perfect when planning your wedding to help you decide on the look and feel of your wedding style. They are also an essential tool for brides and grooms when dealing with their suppliers and vendors so they also know the type of wedding the couple are having and therefore giving everyone a clearer picture. My favourite inspirations….romantic, whimsical, pretty, stylish and elegant and this inspiration is one of my favourites. Beautiful and romantic.

Ok so my aim is to bring my favourite wedding pictures from around the world to you to give Irish Brides as much inspiration as possible when planning your own wedding day. And if I could do it all over again and I was alot more stylish than I actually am I woul love to have a wedding like this….pure style and imagination went into the planning of this wedding. An October Wedding with a Halloween theme but most of all the coolest Bride&Groom I’ve ever seen. The Christian Laboutin’s and the strippy dicky bow. For those of you who want something a little different and are planning an October wedding – take note of these Images. They are ridiculously gorgeous. Even the Bridal Party ooze fantastic style – they all look like they have stepped off a fashion shoot, so brilliant! I think it would be every bridesmaids dream to be able to dress as cool as you wanted and not have to wear a pink taffeta meringue dress. Nice
I wanted to share this video with you of a recent wedding I worked on at the gorgeous Castle Durrow, definitely one of my favourite wedding venues! Jennifer (the gorgeous bride) is incredibly stylish and her style was definitely evident in the whole wedding look. Most of all I love the style of this video, it tells the story of the day without going overboard on too many details. The videographer who kindly allowed me to use this video clip is Gavin Gallagher from Dreamcatcher Productions. I’ve worked on a few Weddings with Gavin and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great videographer for their wedding day! You should definitely have a look at his website. Thank you to Jennifer and Gavin for allowing me to post this video.
I really love different bridesmaids dresses but also different styles and in some cases different textures. These pictures are particular favourites of mine;different dress styles but in softly coordinating colours. I think when planning your wedding it is important to consider your bridesmaids body shapes and remember there is no set rule when choosing dresses they don’t always have to be matching, sometimes this type of look can look so much more flattering if you have three or four bridemaids of varrying sizes and shapes.
