The Village at Lyons is for me the best Wedding Venue in Ireland,not only because I recently had my own wedding there but because it is truly unique and can offer the bride&groom the most stunning venue for their perfect day. If you don’t know about this place it is worth a visit just to experience how beautiful it is and its only 15miles from Dublin hidden away on the Lyons Estate.

Cascading Waterfalls, 17th century fireplaces,  Love Doves and courtyards are only a few of the beautiful features on offer not to mention a menu worthy of five stars. This is my Wedding Venue of the year but will sure to be the Venue of your dreams!

I thought it would be appropriate if the first wedding I blogged was my own…as I am only recently married I am still on a high but miss all the excitment of colour schemes, flowers,dresses and overall planning of the day. This is why I am very excited about this blog because it is my only excuse to keep looking at beautiful wedding sites and magazines and to document everything pretty about Weddings!

Our Wedding Reception was at The Village at Lyons, a stunning venue in Kildare which was the perfect backdrop for the type of Wedding we wanted, Vintage Glamour. Everything from my dress, to the venue, the weather, the music and our first dance under the stars was perfect.
